An applicant must be a high school graduate who has been accepted into a course of study at a college or a similar institution for the purpose of continuing education, or who is presently enrolled as a student in a college or university. An applicant must be either an American or Canadian of Albanian descent or an Ethnic Albanian and is not required to be a member of the Albanian-American National Organization, Inc. (Ethnic Albanian applicants shall note their specific requirements detailed below).
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR ETHNIC ALBANIAN STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT AMERICAN OR CANADIAN CITIZENS
The A.A.N.O, Inc. is pleased to announce that our scholarship applications are now available to Ethnic Albanians. In order to qualify as a candidate for this year's scholarship awards, the following criteria will be used to determine one's eligibility:
You must be accepted, enrolled and have attended a U.S. or Canadian high school or college for a total of two (2) years.
You must provide official transcripts of enrollment in U.S. or Canadian schools.
You must submit a completed application package with all components by the April 30th deadline.
All applications are confidential and will be subject to the AANO, Inc. Scholarship Fund qualifications and rating system.
