Leadership
Ervin Toro [President]
Ervin Toro serves as President of the New York Chapter of the Albanian American National Organization, leading initiatives focused on community engagement, youth empowerment, professional networking, and cultural preservation. James Beno [Vice President]

Jovan Qeleshi serves as Director of Marketing for the New York Chapter of the Albanian American National Organization, leading branding, outreach, and promotional efforts to expand the chapter’s visibility and impact. He helps drive community engagement through strategic marketing initiatives that highlight Albanian culture.
Samantha Sarelli [Director, Public Relations & Advocacy]
Samantha Sarelli serves as Director of Public Relations & Advocacy for the New York Chapter of the Albanian American National Organization, leading efforts to strengthen the organization’s public presence, media outreach, and community advocacy. She works to elevate the voice of the Albanian-American community through strategic communications, partnerships, and initiatives that promote engagement, awareness, and cultural pride.
